- The costs provided when quoting are guide prices based upon what we anticipate the time and production
requirements to be based on previous experience and on typical processes, plus client co-operation in provision of
providing access and work approval. Within reason, additional charges may be payable if there are significant
variations to this, although the client would be made aware of this well in advance. Charges are unlikely to deviate
from those quoted unless requirements change significantly;
- No work will commence until the services provider has received written approval of the quotation (by hand or by
email) and a minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted costs (unless otherwise agreed in writing); - Unless otherwise
agreed in writing, the balance of payment will be due in full on quoted project completion;
- Unless agreed in writing, all invoices are due within seven days of any invoice date;
- We provide 12 month warranty for the installation-related issues. If the equipment issues occur, we will do our best
efforts to contact the supplier/manufacturer to receive a replacement, where possible, and install this free of charge.
This excludes damage from natural forces (e.g. fire, freezing, storms, etc.), damage from alterations and misuse by the
staff employees, as well as damage from alterations and modifications caused by other contractors
Payments Schedule
The payment schedule: For Quotations: Initial payment prior to start of work is 50% of the amount given in
the quotation, 50% of total amount after work completion. For Invoices and/or Sales Orders: full payment
on the receipt of the invoice and/or Sales Order.
